but has the ... laser beam type sound effects , and there is a woman with a beautiful voice that sings something like..(Oooooo yeah come on, Ooooooo yeahhhh, oooo oooo yeah-h.... come on.....then she sings something to the sound of...come on evverybody put yur hands all in the air, theres a party goin on...so come on everybody......)

Tough to go off of I know, but it is driving me crazy, especially those slow laser beam effects in the song...all I see are slow moving Green laser beams..LOL

I thought it was that song "PLanet soul", but it sounds similar to it..
