Help w/ song "letting go" no idea who sings it or if this is correct lyrics

Ok so here I wanted to get this one song by chevelle, "The Clincher" so I did a search on Limwire for Chevelle found my song along w/ 1 I didn't recognize as a Chevelle song "Letting Go" so I play the song and it's not Chevelle as I figured but still a really good song w/ a killer beat. It's a Rock/Alternative/Emo/Punk type of sounding song, w/ a Male (think male) lead singer. Here's the lyrics though I think the song i have is a cover song of the original I can email the song to better help identify it. Thanks.

yes.. the Cosa Rosa, who is a German artist and the Cosa Rosa in question seem to be different artists.. you could upload the song on www.zshare.net and give us access to the "direct link" - so the users can easily listen to the song, even without downloading it

Everything I can find on the web for the lyrics you provided says the name of the song is "Subconscious-Letting Go" and the artist is "Cosa Rosa".


However, to me, the "style" and flow of the song seem very similar to the song, "Animal I Have Become" by Three Days Grace.
