Solved: Tchaikovsky's song name..

Hi there.. I'm sure you guys can help me out..
I'm looking for Tchaikovsky's song from The Nutcracker. The song was also played in one of the episodes of the Simpsons - s17e09 Simpsons Christmas Stories.
The song was playing when Homer came back home after failing to get a present for Marge, and then she gave him the present..
What's the name of that song..?
