Default Shirt and shoes not required...what IS this song?

I heard a song on the radio several days ago and I really liked it. I googled what seems like half the lyrics but came up with nothing.
The first line is "Shirt and shoes not required"
Other lyrics include "time alone can feel so good" and "time alone can bring you down" "to hear you say you are coming down" "you make it so believable" "a hand around an empty glass just waiting for this day to pass"
Also included is the phrase "God should damn" repeated several times and the phrases "smoke filled bongs" and "you would have loved San Francisco"

Anyone know the song I am trying to find?
Thanks

I think these might be the lyrics to the song, Just haven't found who its by yet

smoke filled lungs and bright blue eyes
your shoes and shirt are not required
the sun is heading out the door
and i am sprawled out on the floor
cause its the perfect day
for you to be here

time alone can feel so good
and time alone can bring you down
i sit here waiting for the sound
(of the phones ring)
to hear you say you're coming down

cause its the perfect day
yeah its the perfect day
you make it so believable
you make it so believable

a hand around an empty glass
waiting for this day to pass
the room is spinning with the fan
with thoughts on things that God should damn
yeah that God should damn...

smoke filled lungs and bright blue eyes
your shirt and shoes are not required
the sun is heading out the door
and i am sprawled out on the floor

cause its the perfect day
yeah its the perfect day
you make it so believable
you make it so believable

you would have loved san francisco
the wind was blowing through moms hair
you would have loved san francsisco
pacific air blowing through your hair

la la la la la la la la...

Who on earth posts lyrics without so much as an artist to identify them? Well, at least now I know I'm not crazy, and that the song is at least 4 years old. I don't know how much help that is though.

The problem is I heard it on a Finnish radio station and I am decidedly not Finnish. I just like the station. So even if they had a playlist, I wouldn't be able to understand a word of it. Thanks for your help though.

What is the genre of the song (pop, rock, country)?
Are the vocals male, female or a group?

I think it was a male singing, probably a group. The singers voice was slightly ambiguous.
I'm not sure of a genre, it had elements of rock for sure. I remember thinking that the song seemed to be influenced by the band Sublime.
I also remember the song was light on instrumentation (I think, its been a while since I heard it)
