That’s not my myspace page and I don’t know the guy. I just posted it because in my searching this is all I could find, he provides a few hints and seems to know the lyrics better. Also if anyone has myspace you can ask him if he found out yet or let him know.

What I remember of this group is that they were a one hit wonder. Pretty, which I think is the title of the song was kinda like the albums second best song. The hit song had a video that received a little rotation on BET and maybe MTV. I remember little about the video. I think it came out in 91 or 89. I remember watching it in boarding school one of those years. I remember the group being a young teen age mostly black and maybe Puerto Rican or Caribbean group with male and female lead singers. Even as a kid I thought there music was cheesy but something was special about it. I think it was the fact that it didn’t feel fake.

I searched some site I think it was called onehitwonder.com with “she may be pretty” in quotes and found one post with someone attributing it to a group called Small Change. After that I confirmed it on Amazon.

I youtubed Small Change and was shocked to find a few of their videos. This was their commercial hit. I forgot that they made more than one video.

I guess they were less of a one hit wonder and more of a group that was just too contemporary in style. They had talent though.
