Hi, I have this recording of a piece of a song. My friend gave it to me and we've been looking for AGES!

"Waiting for a change, waiting for a miracle to come" is only some of the most clear lyrics I can identify.
Other lyrics: "Hold me close in...my heart....erasing my....again"
It's not very clear.

Please can someone help me, I now am totally desperate!

There's a song by Parliament (aka George Clinton/Dr. Funkenstein), "Come In Out Of The Rain".

I have heard a song on the radio sevral times recently while a lyric similar to "'People keep on waitin', waitin' on a change to come" but I cannot find the song.
