Help identify this techno/house song please!

I've googled the lyrics to this song a thousands times and I cannot find it no matter how hard I try. I first heard it in Australia many times..

It start's with a lady singing "At first I was afraid I was petrified..." (From the classic song Gloria Gaynor - I will survive).. The girl sings the lyrics very off-beat and off-key and the beat to an amazing techno song starts in the background. After about 45 second of her signing.. the techno song starts but I can't think of how the song sounds anymore.

Anyone have any idea what song this is? Help would be SO appreciated. =) Thanks!
