Aite...I heard this song on TV...it was playing in the background of a fashion show on FTV...
Its sung by a female who apparently had a very sexy voice...lol.
Here are the lyrics i can remember...The genre is House/Progressive/Trance -ish..

Ive searched for these lyrics...on google and other sites...and downloaded and listened to a couple of dozen songs which had similar lyrics...but sadly i could'nt find the song i'm looking for.... any help....would be appreciated !
