I really need to find this Song

I heard a song this time last year and i cant remember who the artist is or what the songs called.
Can anybody help me please, its driving me nuts.
I think it was a kinda slow song but beated up into a dance song with the voice being like a chipmunk, the bit i know goes: "Dont you know your the one that makes me smile,dont you know baby look into my eyes"....
