    Exclamation Club Songs

    Hi all,

I want to know, who sings these club songs, I only have a vague recollection of what the lyrics are. EDIT: The names of the tracks that I have found are in bold.

First one: "Bang nine automatic honechild" - a club song from the late 90s. - Benedict Brothers - Honey Child [1997]

Second one: "The lower you go the more you show you know, how to do it keeps the frequency low." - Striking Man - Da Lower You Go (1997)

Third: Something along the lines of "5 to 12, 5 to 12" and the chorus goes "come on give a little more, come on" - club song from the late 90s.

Fourth: The chorus in this track goes "take my hand (you are the one) take my hand (you are the one) and another part goes "show me your love baby, show me your love, show me your love baby, show me show me now!" - Union State featuring Maree Noelle - The One [1997]

Fifth: This is an R 'n' B song from the 90s that goes something along the lines of "do what I wanna do, feel what I wanna feel, baby it aint over til it's over" and the chorus goes "I like it, I like it, I like it, I liiiiiiiike it!"

Sixth: a dance track that was released this year that has a beat similar to put your hands up for detroit, and has a great synth chord progression just before the lyrics start. the lyrics are somthing along the lines of "All This Love" - The Similou - All This Love (Tonite Only Mix) [2006]

    Thanks

    Jamie

I don't think those were the ones, the tempos were alot faster, The first song I was thinking of had a sample of LNR's "Let's work it to the bone" in it as well as the "Bang! nine automatic hunted child" lyrics.

Same with the second one - the tempo was much faster.

Both of these tracks I remember hearing around 1998 and 1999.

    Thanks

Thumbs up hone child / honey child / hunted child / etc

This is the tune you are thinking of, altough I'm sure I remember a white label called "Gunsmoke" that used the same Ice T sample as well...Anyway...

    Benedict Brothers - Honey Child
    Label: Tidy Trax
    Format: Vinyl, 12"
    Country: UK
    Released: 1997
    Genre: Electronic
    Style: House

Lyrics are a pitched up loop from Ice T's "The Hunted Child"

"No jokin', I'm sleepin' with my eyes open
Wanted for a homicide ride, the gun's still smokin'
    Didn't know..."(looped)

Also the line from the same song...

    "Bang! Nine automatic Hunted Child"

    fu**ing choon
