Solved: Looking for Christmas song

There was a christmas song playing on our Trusonic feed at work over the holidays. I could not make out the words. The artist sing/talks the words. It has what seems like a tuba instrumental in the middle. It sounds a little like a polka or calliope music. It also sound a little like the song in Tim Burton's Nightmare before Christmas...This is halloween, This is Halloween. Have searched all over the net. Hopefully someone can help or I'll just wait until it plays again next year.
