    It says "Together we can change ...,too"
    It is a clubmix song, very popular in Moscow especially.. I am not sure about the part between "change" and "too"... but it sounds like "together we can change things (or this) too..
    Please help...

    Try "Future Dreams" by Upright Citizens (a German band) from their album, "Open Eyes, Open Ears, Brains to Think & A Mouth to Speak".

    Thank you guys but none of these helped
    I checked Future dreams by Upright citizens, its a totaly different song..
    And "Together" by Bob Sincliar was the first song I've checked...

    Any other suggestions?? Thank you in advance..
