Solved: Truly Ponderance....

I'm looking for the name of the song and artist who had a song on the radio all the time in the early 90s. It had "it's ponderance.....truly ponderance" as part of the words, and then the sound of footsteps. Does anyone remember or know of this song??? THANKS!

It's neither, those were my first "trys". He "talks" through the song more than sings. Unfortunately the only lines from the whole "song" that I remember, was just that line, "It's Ponderance.....truly ponderance." Then this sound of footsteps for a while. I don't even think Ponderance was in the song title, that's what throws me off! It was always being requested before the weekend, may have had an end of week/weekend reference in it?
