Can some1 plz help me with this song?

i heard a song briefly on the radio and i'm sure it would be a ministry of sound song. Its a dance song that has a girls voice which is sort of high pitched

the only lyric i sort of think i know is, "it's time to breathe again" or maybe "it's time to see again" (not really sure what the line is exactly, but it's something like this)

I've tried to find the song but still no luck. Any1 think they might know it or be able to help with this? Any ideas would be helpful.
