Solved: Even a Song YOU will have trouble figuring out!

Hey everyone! I'm having the worst time trying to find this song I have no title or artist but all I know is that there it goes 'taaaaaaaaakkkkkee meee awwwaaaaaaayyyyy' and it's kinda techno-y and it's more of an old song. If anybody watched family guy where chris goes shopping at the grocery and he looks behind the milk and he gets sucked into that music video that's the song im talking about. I tried googling it and i saw this site/forum and someone posted the same question but I have no idea what the title or artist of this song is. and it's not avril, fefe dobson, true faith, or by any dj. lol if someone could please help me figure it out that'd be sweet!!!
