NOFX song that starts with TV in the background

Pretty much as the title states... I had a select few NOFX songs on my old computer, and the one I'm looking for starts with what sounds like a man talking on a TV in the background. Then a catchy guitar chord intro comes in. After a few measures the rest of the instruments come in too. Unfortunately I don't remember any of the words... or really much of anything after that catchy intro.
