techno song

so im looking for the title and/or artist of this technoish, dance song. all it does in the way of singing is something like "ohhh weeee oh we ohhh weeeee oh we"the singing starts out kind of soft and gradually gets louder and bolder. its a really upbeat, fun song and i heard it in a jazz class and its been driving me crazy what it is called!

Reminds me of the opening lines of the song, "The Lion Sleeps Tonight". The Tokens had a hit with their version in 1961 and there have been numerous covers since then (see attached link).
