I heard it on the radio when they were playing some retro stuff, some sixties numbers. The words I remember where like "whoa oh won't you let me in/let me in/drown my sorrow with sin"

Sorry its not much to go by, but that's all I remember. It was followed by "Dirty Water" by the Standells...though I doubt they were connected.
