can anyone put the song title to the name of this tune? it's being played by a saxophone. never mind the applauses in the background, as the tune was being played when the guest was coming out. it sounds familiar but doesn't ring. thx.

the first thing that came to my mind was an orchestra playing the theme song from The World is not Enough by Garbage with just a slight variation. but thats all i got
