Im looking for the song title of this old skool techno classic from the early 90s.it was a classic in the north of england in the rave scene, woman vocalist the lyrics (what i know) are:

not lots of words in it the lyrics repeat throughout the track

it is my husbands fave but he doesnt know who sung it or the song title. and has been looking for it for years.
