I can't remember the name of the guy who sang it or the name of the song, but it briefly received a lot of MTV play in the 1990's. It was very melodramatic, and the guy who sang it had a sort-of high pitched voice (as well as a short beard). The song was about a man implying he would commit suicide because his girlfriend left him ("You'll be sorry/when you hear that I'm dead"). Lyrics I can remember:
"You've never been the one to /feel helpless and troubled"
"What am I gonna do? /Where am I going to run to?/Oooh, run to?/Now that you're not around anymore."
Can anyone help me out?
