Help me!

okay so since muh friend Chelsie moved to another state with her cd that had this song on it, i habe been trying to figure out this song for a long time over a month or so and i really like it and the lyrics that i can remember are like "Take it Slow" and it was on the Verizon Commercial and Shawnna or whoever doesnt sing it and neither does omarion or oryan not them its a girl and the beat is very catchy and everytime the verizon commercial came on, the song played and it was a cool song, please help me figure out the long lost song..
