Solved: What is this 90's R&B song?

This R&B song came out around the mid 90's. It was a slow, mellow song sang by a man. It was played on the radio, and it had a video as well. If I am not mistaken, the video featured Cress Williams, who played Khadijah's boyfriend Scooter on the sitcom "Living Single". The setting may have been at a bar, and the video may have been in black and white. The lyrics went something like this:
