Man I know the band name but I completely forgot..

All I know is the chorus goes "Is there anyone/anybody out there, hello, hello!?"

It's a newer rock song, not the Pink Floyd one.

Ahh man it just hit me, sorry guys.

It was Amberlin, and he was saying "Hello Alone" , not "Hello Hello"

I guess, solved then.
