Help, i know some of the lyrics but not the title!

i am pretty sure it is a nelly song but not 100 %

any way... it starts off kinda slow only for about 3 bars of 8.. then the beat picks up and the lyrics start. a bit into it they sing a line that goes like this 'wearing his rebocks with the strands' its something like that.

i really like dancing to this song... i teach hip hop so its really good for that!
