    The voice is synthesized, sounding similar to those aliens on Eiffel 65 - Blue.

    Sure I'm sure. The song by Daft Punk consists of nothing but "around the world," and it ain't Europop. The song I'm looking for only contains "and around and around" after a couple chords.

    Technically they're europop as they're French (euro) and POPular musicians.


    But if you mean like AQUA or Vengaboys then no, they're not.
