Unknown Dance Tune Circa 1996?

Theres an old dance tune from 1996? that i would love to get hold of if anyone can help with title etc, I only know a few lines, then sme of them may not be right!!

another line is what sounds like "salad cream", (but we probably think its more like "DRAMA QUEEN ,HELLRAISER"

its really handbag style dance music, sung by a woman, and it would bring back great memories if i could hear it again, PLEASE HELP

I'm not sure but the artist might be Loleatta Holloway.
She has a song called The Queens Anthem (Cummin In My Rollers Mix) that sample's the line " You want me to go down stairs with rollers in my hair?" which i think has been taken from one of her earlier songs.(i think)
