Need help finding a very interesting song!

I am looking for a band that had a music video back in the late 90's or early 2000's. The video was way out there and I recall the setting being on a spaceship with possibly a giant octopus/alien/creature. The song featured some high male vocals and some good guitar solos. It was very different than anything else around at that time. Any help appreciated.
