Solved: Song from The Real World Sydney Finale

I've been trying to find the song with no luck... It's the song playing when Ashli was leaving after fighting with Dunbar. It was like a piano intro with a guy singing.
It's a slower song, and some other words I remember hearing are "God" and "trade places"... somewhere along those lines... The name of the song or artist would be great.
