Solved: The Journey On... Loreena McKennitt?!?

For some time I had this song on my computer named "Loreena McKennitt - The Journey On". When I looked throug Loreena McKennitt's discography the song is nowhere to be found.

I tried Googling around for about an hour with no luck finding who recorded the song, or seeing it mentioned anywhere, or on any lyrics page. It's like it does not exist.

If you search for a specifi verse in quotes then Google will return only one page as the result, and it contains the lyrics. But it does not mention the author (and the page is not in english). This page: http://sozluk.sourtimes.org/show.asp?t=the+journey+on

It is a very beautiful, I would say Irish folk, song. These are the lyrics:
