Solved: Whoever finds this is my HERO!

I've been looking for this song for years now!
I came across it about 5/4 years ago when i saw a cigarette advert abroad (gitan or gauloise cigarettes, i can't remember which, but i think it's gauloise).

the advert is about a woman whose tuxedo cat goes missing and a charming man/neighbour finds the cat (he places a sardine can on his terrace and the cat comes to eat from it) and brings it back to her.
The advert is about 5 years old.

Basically had i been able to locate the advert, this would've been a piece of cake. but here in england cigarette adverts are banned (we don't even have french cigarettes) and i can't seem to find it on youtube.

so i have to rely on the very few and plausibly inaccurate lyrics i remember from the song... please help!
