    Question Help

I've been hearing this tune at my work over the muzak system each morning after 7 am usually around 7:30ish est?

It has 2 men singing in it and for some reason I thought the one in the background was Clarence Clemons but I can't find anything where he was really a bit player in a song sung by someone else..I know it's really a quieter song and the main singer really kind of talks through it while in many cases a piano plays mainly in the background and then at certain points the other man pipes in with a deeper voice. I know some of the words like "I been down__". I'm not sure but it may be something like "I been down harder days" AND "ever since the ________ ______ _______" or maybe ever since the day you left". It's very echoee? I believe it's from the 90's. It was a pop song but I don't recall how big of a hit it was.

Not sure of the song but if it is Muzak, all you have to do is find out what Muzak station is on at work and then go to music.muzak.com. That site has the ability to see the last 10-12 songs played for each Muzak station, just select the right station from the dropdown box. Once you hear it at work, you can log on and should be able to get it.

Standing Outside A Broken Phone Booth With Money In My Hand by the Primitive Radio Gods ?? The song includes a chorus from the B.B. King song "How Blue Can You Get". The chorus is ""I've been downhearted baby, ever since the day we met."
