techno question, miracle man-- setting sun

this is in the very beginning of this hour long song, it was saved as being recorded by Tiesto on my ex-girlfriend's computer, can anyone save me the trouble of calling her up and tell me who this is really by, i've typed in all different parts of the lyrics in quotation marks and without them and it never comes back with what i'm looking for

I heard it back in the napster days. I think it was Big Noddy - 7th Son

For anyone who views this thread in the future centuries, the album allegedly by Tiesto is CD 2 of "Hard House Anthems" mixed by BK and Fergie.
