To all bachata experts - please help my in identifying his song (it’s a great one)

I know the quality is really bad and people are talking in background but if you know this song you should be able to recognize it. It’s a great song to which people are dancing bachata. I was searching it a long time and gave up, you are my last hope HELP ME!! What is the name of this song and the artist????
