ok; the song lyrics go something like:

"oh, oh, oh........I need a ??? woman; oh, oh, oh......... I need a ????

I sounds a bit like a Pink Floyd song but it's a little harder edged so I'm not sure. It's always played on classic rock stations so it's not a new song. The song ends with someone dialing a touch-tone phone over the music. They say something about USA......

I think the song you're looking for is "Young Lust" by Pink Floyd. It is all over youtube and it is also available from Itunes.
