Solved: HELP! this is driving me crazy

hi ive been looking for a song for ages now. it was one i listened to when i was younger in the 80s/90s time. the only lyrics i can remember from it are some of the chorus that go like this "the beating of my heart, ohh you make it start, when you do what you do to me". it was sung by a woman. if anyone knows this song could you please help me by telling me what its called and if possible the name of the person who sang it. thank you so much
