Need help finding song

I heard a song the other day, but the only thing I can remember is something about the gallows and not having much time left. It had a cool funk feel to the song if that helps any. I really appreciate the help.

It's a harder-edged Styx song with Tommy Shaw on lead vocals ("Damn Yankees", "Shaw/Blades") vs Dennis DeYoung.

The lyrics I'm thinking of is "..Hangman is coming down from the gallows and I don't have very long..."
