Showtime Promo - Everybody' Talking -Identify it

I am obsessing about this song- It's an earworm in my head now. The song is played on a Showtime promo for Dexter, the tudors, weeds... that is a long montage, more than a minute. They play almost the entire song. I have looked for it by lyricsit but not having any luck identifying it.
It starts out with a Gospel choir feel and then the male vocal sounds a little like Babyface.
The last time I heard/saw it was during the Big Brother After dark episode from Tuesday night 02/19/08 - right before the BIG Hot Tub Fight - They went to break

It is the Cee Cee Michaela song "Everybody's Talkin". It's either performed by another artist or the arrangement is different, however, that's the song.
