I caught this song on the radio today. It's definitely a song I've heard before, so it can't be very obscure. It features a female vocalist and as a chorus that goes something like:

'How do you/I know if it's love' or 'How do you/I know if he loves me' or something near this.

It is a pop song and sounds like it is from the 80s or early 90s.
