Solved: Need the song name, 80's, a bit of ska

I was at a bar last weekend and I heard this great song. Its a male singer. Reminded a bit of a pop ska 80's tune. Pretty upbeat, good bass line. I just remembered a set of the lyrics today, I think the chorus might go like this:

"And night after niiight..." and then there is this saxophone that mimics the lyrics and some other words and then I think he says " and day after dayyyy" he may say, I wanna hoooold you, or something like that.

Any help at all would really be appreciated, I loved that song.
