Song [ & Artist if possible ]

Hi All,
My first post here & would really appreciate if anyone could identify this song for me. I have been looking at VH1 top 100's [ 90's ] without much luck.

The song has some keywords 'Nashville Tennessee' [ or perhaps it's 'Knoxville Tennessee ] ..other keywords like 'Always had ..for you' are embedded in the lyrics.
