techno song... what is it!?

I've been looking for this song for a couple months. haven't heard it in the club for almost a year, so here's what i know...

-it's got a more modern commercial house beat
-the singer sounds like a younger female

-the chorus ends with a phrase similar to this
"so you can go o-O-o o-O-o...." (cuts to synth)
(the middle O's are a higher note then the other two

that's all i know of it. if nobody has a clue what it is, i'll use my keyboard to create the synth part and post a link to it
