I've tried all sorts of searches but no luck. It's a Bee-Gee type song, not sure who sings it.

Part of the lyrics, maybe not exactly right;
"Can't you see, there's been a change in me"
and
"I believe in you and me"

There's an old Dean Martin song called "I Believe" with those lyrics.

Now I believe there has been a change in me
Yeah I believe that it was meant to be
Oh can't you see I believe in you and me?

The song is "I Believe" by Chilliwack. It's on their 1984 album "Segue" and their 2003 live album "There and Back Live".
