    Default 2 songs need identification

The first song the lyrics go something like this:

"I've found what I'm searching for and want to feel good. Hut malena, hut malena, hut malena."

The intro is by a black guy but it's only for maybe 10 seconds and then the girl sounds hispanic, very similar to Nina Sky. The music is very upbeat and fast and when you hear it, it makes you want to move to it.

The second song has been out for quite some time (late 1999ish). I can't understand what the man (smooth, soft deep voice) is saying except for, "you've got..."

The music sounds is funky as well as upbeat and you can really hear the jazz music in what would be the chorus. The chorus part of the song goes something like this:

    "wah wah wa wa,
    wah wah wa wa
    wa waaaa
    wa waaaa
    you've got ....
    you've got...."

In the background you can hear the bass and the "ch ch" music. Sorry if that doesn't help, but it's been playing in my head and I can't find it anywhere.

    Please help! Thanks a bunch!

    Default 1st Song

    Demon Lyrics

    "Demon Coming Home lyrics"

I'm coming home, now the waiting is all over
Can't find the words to tell you
How I feel for you tonight
    A cold wind blows
But inside I feel a warm glow
I hold a pen in trembling hands
A stranger in a foreign land

Now I've found what I'm searching for
What we have means so much more
Tell them all that I'm coming home
    Keep the candle burning brightly
Now I've found what I'm searching for
Every day oh I miss you more
Tell them all that I'm coming home

    I'm coming home
To the mountains and the valleys
    The cobbled streets
Where the boy became a man and learned to love
    I hear your voice
    Speaking softly in the morning
I see you lying next to me
Let the moment last forever more

Now I've found what I'm searching for
What we have means so much more
Tell them all that I'm coming home
    Keep the candle burning brightly
Now I've found what I'm searching for
Every day oh I miss you more
Tell them all that I'm coming home

Oh, I know so much has changed
    In our hearts I'm sure
    What we've been through
    Will make us strong again

Now I've found what I'm searching for
What we have means so much more
Tell them all that I'm coming home
    Keep the candle burning brightly
Now I've found what I'm searching for
Every day oh I miss you more
Tell them all that I'm coming home tonight

I appreciate the response and it's nice to get a different hit on the lyrics that are something other than U2's, "I still haven't found what I'm looking for," but unfortunately Demon coming home is not it.

The beat of the unknown song is very upbeat (style is similar to Rihanna's "Please don't stop the music"). And it's not a compilation or an artist mix. The girl sounds Hispanic.

As for the second song, I always used to get it confused with Robbie Williams "Millenium". It has a tune similar to the song, Virtual Insanity, which made me think it was done by Moby, but it isn't. It's a fun and funky song, but I have no idea who sings it.

I even searched the Beastie Boys, but the song is not done by them.

Grrr, this is frustrating!! Maybe this revised chorus thing might help:

"Da-Do-Do-Do, Nah-Do-Do-Do, Do-Do-Dah-Do, Do-Do-Dah-Do, you've got oooo (inaudible)... you've got ooooo (inaudible), Do doooo, Do dooooo"

    Please help

Yay! Partially solved: The first song is Kat Deluna called "WHINE UP"

And she's saying whine up, not hut malena. Good song if you ask me!

Can anyone help me on the second one?

FULLY SOLVED!!! The second song is called "Weapon of choice" and it's performed by Fatboy Slim.

If you get a chance, check out the music video. The headless horseman himself, aka Mr. Christopher Walken, dances like a maniac (and pretty good too!) throughout the entire video.

Thanks to everyone who contributed or even bothered to take the time out of their lives to read my original post!
