Need help on a track (Have Sample)

I was watching a program yesterday and was recording it, this song was featured in the program but I have no idea what the song is called or who it's by.

I do have a sample of the track and the lyrics, but I've had no luck finding it.

I thought it might be called The Crying Game, but all I found from that was Boy Georges track with the same name.

Please can anyone help?

What was the name of the program it featured in? Which channel?

I was recording The Hits, but I only got a bit of the track before my tape ran out, and I missed the end bit where it tells you who it's by, but I've already tried finding out the tracks they played and got nothing

Anyway I'm very interested in finding the name and artist of this song too, have looked everywhere, it is freakin' good.
