Help Needed to find song

I was listening to the radio today and there was this song on it, i think i've heard it before, it's like a song from the nineties but having said that it could be a brand new release
Its a love song sang by a girl to a guy who i think might be her ex or something , the only lyrics i remember are something like

"this is where i belong" "Calling Out" and then there is something else like ...when i lie on your chest i feel at home... or something like that

please help me

its ruining my head i need to find out who sings this song and what it is called
