my friend has it as music playback on her phone. the singer sounds like james brown, but i couldnt understand too much of the lyrics.

all i got from it was: "please, don't leave me" or "don't leave me"

it was fast paced, sorta jazzy, and the vocals sounded similar to james brown, but i couldnt find any songs of his like that.

i know, its vaguely detailed, but i've seen other questions worse than this and some very good music buffs were able to pin point it. hope you can with this one too!

im not too sure if it could be fats domino. i didnt see his song listed on the phone service website's options for answer tones
