Techno Song Lyric Needed. Please Help.

I'm looking for this song i think its from the 90's and is techno style. The song starts off with a techno beat and then half way through has some singing. It's a male voice, and its more talking then singing. The only words i remember are along the lines of "she sitting there... she was just sitting there" or "it was sitting there... it was just sitting there". Then after it goes onto some more techno beat and then the song finishes.
Beat is similar to - d d dddddddddddddddd d d dddddddddddddddddddd.
Really need help in finding this i've looked everywhere and have come up with nothing, so if anyone can think of it please tell.
