I'm looking for the TITLE / AUTHOR / LYRICS for a song played late in the movie "For Love of the Game"

It's in the final couple of chapters of the movie when Kevin Costner's character is re-united with his lover's daughter (Heather) outside of USC campus.

Lyrics that I know are;

Something like that anyway.
