Searching for a Techno/Trance song.

Hi, I've been trying to find a techno/trance song which I heard somewhere in the 1999/2000. It had a lot of bass and in intervals a girl sang "My.. Oh-oh my.. *some 3 words I don't remember* " This song bugs me for almost 8 years ! :S ... Maybe any1 in here have a clue what it could be ?
